    1st bad BTC experience
I requested a BTC withdrawal from a traditional book Wed morning at about 7am central time to my normal BTC mixer. This mixer clearly states if the coins don't arrive within 8 hours they will be lost. I knew I was in trouble when 4 hours later my withdrawal was still waiting on a managers approval. I finally got the email from the book at the 5 hour mark and sent them my phone #. It was about an hour later before I got the call. Problem is this book sends out all their BTC in a mass block and it doesn't go out till between noon and 7pm Pacific time. So I looked it up on block chain and it was about 4 pm Pacific time when my coins hit block chain so I lost them. They now say spent.

My issue is if your going to be BTC book you need to modernize and get like the BTC only books and send the BTC out when requested not between noon pacific and 7 pm pacific

I'm not going to name the book because I've been with them forever and have never any payout issues before and will continue to use them

No real point here not sure if I'm pissed at the book or by the mixers 8 hour rule. Just another offshore lesson learned the costly way

Well F me I just got a email from the mixer saying they are going to credit me the coins that were taken so all ended well

Which mixer did you use? I don't use mixers much anymore but I've gone through Poloniex, Bit Stamp and BTC-e exchanges.

If you are going to use a mixer, send the BTC from the sportsbook to a wallet such as blockchain and then to the mixer.

If you post the transaction it may help to see exactly what happened along with the time of the request for the withdrawal.

I know that you've stated what happened but someone may see something that may help you get your money.

I use helix lite on the onion network. I emailed them late last night about why it took so long for the coins to hit their mixer and now they are re directing the BTC to my destination address. So basically the coins are not ever lost they just only issue addresses that are only good for 8 hour periods and then their address expires is what it seems to me. I'm not bad mouthing helix lite in anyway they clearly state you only have 8 hours to get them the coins I have used them many times without any issues

Just curious, I get the Tor but why did you choose helix lite?

They were one of the 1st mixers available on the onion network plus a lot of onion sites have them linked together. First it was just helix which requires registering then helix lite came out. Basically several years ago it was the easiest way to go without having to register any info at all ,before sports sites even knew what BTC were

That does not sound like the book´s fault. The book´s obligation is to send the money to the address you specify.

But please educate me as there may be something I am missing.

I think I made it pretty clear I m not blaming the book just the time frame it's takes to transfer the coins. I knew I only had a 8 hour window and I placed my withdrawal to early in the day. I would like to see books who want to deal in BTC to send them sooner or not give out BTC addresses if they are not open to send them, again it's on me

Do you want me to quote your own words? Obviously the negative emotions attached to the event clouded your logic. Glad it worked out for you, though.
