Sounds like they are trying to say they have no responsibility to make sure their clients are legitimate.

Not sure the UK Financial Conduct authority would agree with that interpretation by Ecopayz if so.

All the victims that have been scammed by various illegal gambling websites can be a part of class action against payment operators considering that most of the funds have been transferred using Neteller, Skrill or Ecopayz

When I opened the account I could not find any complaint against 90dakika...I have not said they I do not have my part of fault...this is why I think that these negative experiences should be disclosed on forums and a downgrade of such bookmakers should decrease the chances of having more and more victims...
