I have big problem with bet365. They locked my account after a months of playing. Account is fully verified with ID and utility bill, had few payouts, loyalty bonus... They requested me to "send a copy of some suitable postal correspondence dated within the last three months
- Utility bill
- Bank statement (credit/debit card)
- Council Tax bill
- House or Motor Insurance certificate
- Mobile or Landline telephone bill
- Mortgage statement
- Electoral Register Document
- Social Housing Association Rent Card or Tenancy Agreement
- Solicitors Letter confirming recent house purchase or land registry
- Firearms Certificate/Shotgun licence" for address verification.
Since then I have sent them 6 different type of bank documents (statement, credit statement for house purchase, *********** statement, client data issued by bank, even a contract with bank). Every response from bet365 operaters is more idiotic then one before.
