jetbull withdrawal question

I would really appreciate if anyone who knows could comment on jetbull withdrawals. I have completed the wagering requirement of the bonus and tried to withdraw my winnings, but the withdrawal option brought up a warning message that my account is suspended and contact support which I did and now waiting for their reply. Is it a normal practice with jetbull? To make it clear I sent my ID, bank statment and back and front of the depositing card shortly after registering about 2 months ago.

I placed Fiorentina- Cagliari First half X. and I won because Fiorentina 0 - 0 Cagliari First half.

I followed the same procedure for my other bets with high rate:

I have lost those bets, and I have not protested. So I think that is not a technical defect but maybe they have just proposed a odds that was too high.
In addition, only if I win there is a technical problem? This makes it impossible to win in the jetbull site
and is not a seriously behavior.

sorry, but the draw at half time in an Italian Serie A game with odds of 8.5 is clearly wrong and you knew that. Fair odds would have been something between 1.9 and 2.5 probably. It's bad practice to void after the event, but you knew when you bet these odds must have been wrong. Imo the book should pay fair value on the bet, which is not that hard to calculate, but definitely not the full amount

with regards to the other bets that were not voided: were these also bets at incorrect odds, or were this bets on different games with correct odds posted (in which case, ofcourse they should not be voided)

I'm not an expert and I don't know when a odds is wrong. I was looking for a bet with high odds and unlikely I choose Fiorentina - Cagliari.
Do you think I can ask jetbull to pay me with the correct odds?

The other bets were on different games (tennis, basket) but for me it was the same: bets with high odds.

those were for sure wrong odds, a half time draw at odds 8.5? come on... Those would be correct odds if barca was playing bosnian champion or something like that.

jetbull is a running a well designed website and offering many bonuses to loyal customers, however, they are also known for slow paying at the moment. i have been told that a former manager of the state owned gambling organisation is in charge of jetbull...?! can somebody confirm?

I had a live chat. The operator said that I have to wait an email from the technical department and that he doesn't have information about my problem because it is another departement.
I asked if they have a telephone number but nothing. The other departement is not reacheable.
It's impossible to comunicate with jetbull!!!

apparently judging from the blog of The General SBR has good relations with Jetbull. You can file a complaint with SBR and SBR will contact Jetbull for you.

I can tell you now you have no case to get your money back on your other bets, but perhaps you can get fair odds on the Fiorentina-game if Jetbull wants to show SBR they're helpful

Just wanted to post a quick update. The withdrawal option has been enabled for me after sending an email to 'support'. Will update more when the withdrawal reaches moneybookers.

In regards to the Fiorentina - Cagliari match, JETBULL has the following announcement to make:

It is correct that JETBULL posted odds on the mentioned match of home goal 1.55, no goal 8.5 and away goal 2.95.

As it was a technical mistake on our side, all bets were moved to the first half of the match.

We have acted according to our Term&Conditions (par.2.9) as it is obvious that the no goal odd of 8.5 was not correct (given the fact that the average odd in such situation is usually between 1.9 and 2.4).

JETBULL treats the user's misinterpretation as not fair and incorrect!

All users, who have placed bets on Fiorentina win in the 1st half, and lost it, were given their bets/money back. In addition, we have had more bets on 1 (home goal) than on draw, and none of them complained as these things sometimes do happen.

Odds of 8.0 on a draw are clearly wrong. The book is in its rights to void that, but they should do it before the event begins and notify you.

On the other hand, you bet something that was clearly wrong with a mediocre/bad book. Expect to get screwed when this happens.

Jetbull will be gone

Jetbull are using the LINKED ACCOUNT term as an excuse to halt payment, they say more than one person has bet from an IP address, that would be a perfectly normal thing if you bet in a sports cafe, public library. hotel. wine bar, mcdonalds, pub (The list is endless)
Understand this is purely an excuse so dont join thinking that you are on your own little computer at home so will be alright, im watching over a case at the moment which has left a person in great distress, instead of celebrating a winning teble they have been ignored for eight days, after jet bull got the documents (More that they needed) they pulled the WE HAVE REASON TO BELIEVE THIS ACCOUNT IS LINKED, its an extremely weak excuse in these days of cafes etc but theyll do anything to avoid payment, i dont think theyll see the year out DO NOT JOIN THESE PEOPLE.....REPEAT DO NOT

Hi all, I just wanted to comment about this situation with Jetbull.
I have been playing with them for the last 3, 4 months and I don't really mind this site. I have to admit that the security process used by them to verify my details was a bit more demanding than some other sporting sites however...

in regards to the cancelled bets for this match i obectivly think that it is fair enough their decision to cancel the bets with wrong odds value, technical problem like this can happen.

delay in payments: I had a delay of 1 week once when I had to receive a card withdrawal for about $4500 but the money always arrived and all other e-wallets deposits and withdrawals are usually processed on time.
