It's taking just about 5 months to get paid.im pretty new to this only been with Sportsbook ag a few years. And with my high balance at this point it'll take more the 3 years to cash out and move to a new book.

Do you remember when the status changed from pending? I'm still waiting from 5/17. I wonder if my withdrawal amount ($2500) and total account balance is causing them to slow pay me even more than others.

What was the amount if you don't mind me asking? I have one for $1000 from 6/3 and have been seeing people stating their withdrawals have been processed but they don't seem to be going in any kind of order. I wonder if the max payouts ($2500) are taking longer, which would be good for my request going on 12 weeks almost

My withdrawal went from Pending to In Progress, and only stayed in the In Progress status for 1 or 2 days before the status changed to Sent. After the status changed to Sent, it only took another 1 or 2 days to receive the check in the mail.

The withdrawal amount was for about $1500.

In terms of whether they do the withdrawals by order of date, when I had earlier asked them, they said that they had a backlog and process the withdrawals by order of date, but we know that is untrue because some people have waited less time than others to receive their check.

Checked my account today and it says my withdrawal has been processed and is in progress, no tracking number yet but first things that's happened since May 15th when I requested it.

Thanks for the good news kufan! My withdrawal from May 17th is now in progress as well. I will let everyone know when I receive the check.

It's frustrating that they always say in 18 years we haven't missed a payment when they missed all of our payments with the advertised 6-8 weeks and we are waiting in excess or 12 weeks.Ridiculous!!!!!

Hey everyone, first time on here. I've been with sportsbook.ag (formerly allstar.com) since 2000. I've never had an issue with a payout, BUT it never was more than two grand. I hit a $7 11-team baseball parlay for 10 grand back in July. Made a five grand limit request for a payment back on July 21. Still friggin nothing. I'm getting the same 'ole "payment processor" problem BS, "we send out our withdrawals in batches" and "it will be processed as soon as possible." And yes rpesi9955, I got the "no payment missed in 18 years" also. Soooooooo, from other players who HAVE received their payments recently, any words of wisdom here? I am pretty confident I will indeed receive the money, but not for another month or so. Waiting for football deposits to hit are they? MMMM, your thoughts guys would be appreciated. Very pissed off, obviously. Sorry for all of your issues with them also.

It took 14 weeks for me to request and get my check. Hopefully the football season speeds payments up. I also have a fairly high balance and can only withdraw $2500 at a time. I'm in the US and that is only option I'm given for withdrawals. I put in for the next check so we'll see how long this one takes.

Been with them since 2002 as well, took 14 weeks 5 days to get my check this time. But that was a check....you much be using wire transfer for 5000 since the check limit is 2500. So I am not sure what time frame to expect. You will get your money in time....just sucks waiting.

I requested a w/d on July 10, it'll be 8 weeks this Thur. I'm guessing they don't stick to their promise on the site (6 to 8 weeks for processing) and it goes way longer judging on the comments in this thread.

I've had this issue a few times before (customer for 17 years)and I think this will be the last straw. With the growth of DFS I don't need to spend my entertainment dollar on them.

I also noticed that you can no longer contact them via phone, only e-mail

I have a friend who plays there as well and he always seems to get his payouts within 2 weeks while I request at the same time and it takes 10 + weeks. I've never not gotten paid it just takes forever....

Well with them not having a number to call anymore it does concern me very much and It might be a sign that they're going under or very close to doing so. As I've been reading here it's taking about three months or longer to get paid.

They still have a chat option...just harder to find. You have to click on the "Help" tab on top of the front page, then click "Withdrawal Methods" and then you will see a link to the "Live Assistance Chat"

Either way it's always the same few answers no mater what the question about withdraws. And I keep hearing that they will pay it just takes a long time. But how do we know this I'm at 12 weeks now and pending it is.

Because they always pay...after 12 years and LOTS of withdrawals, I can say I have always gotten my money. But it is never comes quickly. Every year on Thanksgiving they offer a 50% deposit bonus up to $500 (so $1000 deposit) as a free bet with no rollover requirements. You can't split it up like you can at other books and bet a little at a time, so you have to bet all of it at once. Two years ago I put that baby on a five team college football parlay and won right under $20k. It literally took me pver a year to get 15K out...lost 5K betting during the time to get waiting to get my money...as they had hoped. That was when they were paying out around 6-8 weeks or so which I found to be bearable given the amount won. Just be patient.
