Sounds fishy alright.

The dude isn't helping matters but some of this is starting to sound kind of silly.

Her winnings are being taken because she didn't pass a pop quiz on the activity in her account? Or because she lied? Or because someone thinks she doesn't have control of the account?

What's the final excuse?

Bad precedent here. For winnings to be taken you'd hope there was some hard proof of something, not a bunch of maybes, possibilities and "I think" comments.

Will have to read it again, I don't see anything that would allow a book to take her winnings and/or force her to admit to things that may not be true in order to get paid.

I got the confesion out of her yesterday that someone was helping her with the bets. That was good enough for me and her payout was processed today. I wanted it to become public.

Absolutely correct.

And on top of that you have Boat as a moderator? The guy that helped a book steal 50k from a player and then vacationed in CR with the stolen money?

Got some quality posters but not much use for a book operated, book controlled forum being moderated by Boat3.

You couldn't have a case that would be strong enough for him to take your side as a player.

It was not so black and white that you or I could justify such a strong opinion.

I agree that HRwager paying her off was the 'right' thing to do this time but she is just lucky HR care about being fair.

I could see many of the big name respected books having cut her off and never spoken to her again if she failed a phone interview like this.

The two SBR accounts involved in this have been terminated due to multi accounting btw.

There is more to this story than it looks like on the surface. She/he was lucky to be paid.

This is a pure violation of every major sportsbook operation in every jurisdiction in the world. If you ran an operation and you saw there was collusion wouldn't you have a conversation about it? She obviously didn't bet the plays because the dude crying about it admitted as much. FYI, people don't have to worry about having their post up money held hostage when they do the right thing.
