I don't understand why LGA could give licenses to scam books. Maybe because LGA is a scam too.
They should have the responsability to pay us the money that scam books licensed by them stole us.

I agree its an absolute disgrace we have been give no indication that they will be doing anything for us to get our money back just this saying we cant coment while the case is ongoing. If you took 1k from a bank you would be locked up.

They went bust, there's nothing SBR can do.

Edit: sorry, that was harsher than I intended at the time! (I have 5k euros in there). Our hopes basically come down to there being some assets to be dispersed, or if we're very lucky someone buying them. Both seem enormously improbable.

I wrote to emails to LGA this month. No answer till now. It's incredible the poor service they provide.
They should be responsable for giving us news and trying to have our money, because they give Gold Victory the license to operate, they are the regulator. Let's make some pressure writing emails to them.

Go to the police station and photo copy your passport and get them to stamp it it will cost you only the postage it can do no harm. Give yourself every chance against the goldvictory theives.

This e-mail is to update you on the status of the investigation proceedings into the Gold Victory Limited licenses based in Malta.

The Authorities investigation findings were transferred to the Malta Executive Police who have also concluded their investigation which has resulted in court proceedings.

Presently the Authority awaits the Malta Law Courts to conclude said proceedings which will be made public and you will be notified accordingly.

Nothing for SBR to make really. Goldvic have been shut down, it's not a slow-pay book. Our only hope is as creditors when the court case finishes up (and rumours were the staff weren't even paid). Unless they own something that can be sold like their building, we're screwed.

almost noone from the stuff was paid i have a friend who worked there...the owner of gv is greek and my info is that you will get paid after the court end but they really failed i dont know what they did wrong but they lost much money

If they failed then they have no money how can we possibly get paid. When a company fails the revenue get paid first the staff then if there is anything left us the one who have been robbed

I believe that GV owner the Greek man have more money that we have all together. So, maltese law have to make him pay all of our money from his pocket.

SBR is more powerful than ours.
SBR is rating bookmakers and after ??? what happens when a bookmaker close, the job is not just to decrease from A to Z rating...........

I've long had the opinion it'd take a minor miracle. Clearly the company and the man behind it are bust - he couldn't even afford a bail payment after all.
