    Sportsbetting confiscating 41,000$
    Hello to all

I have a dispute with Sportsbetting. In the last 6 months i opened 3 accounts. with Sportsbetting, Racebook and Win4real. They closed my 3 accounts at 1/12/08 and send me an email:

    Dear Peter,

Unfortunately your 3 accounts have been found to have been opened to circumvent our bet limit restrictions on each account. As per our rules on the terms and conditions agreed upon by you upon joining.

1.Members are not permitted to open multiple accounts (either within SPORTSBETTING.COM itself or affiliated websites) in order to circumvent the limits imposed by our wagering system. Performing such an action may trigger an audit of the member's accounts. If multiple accounts have been used then all bets may be voided, accounts may be inactivated and winnings may be forfeited.

This also counts for family members in the same household (or physical address) or Non Family Members of the same household (or physical address). No exceptions.

As a result of this evidence all accounts will remain closed permanently and all funds forfeited as per our terms and conditions. We will have the original deposit amounts credited back to the original credit cards.

    Regards,
    Sean Elliot
    Customer Service

The problem is that they did not return the original deposits of 21,000$ back to my **** card as they promised to do.Until now they charge back only 10,5000$. I have sent all bank statements to Sportsbetting that shows that i made those deposits and i am waiting for the answer but its now 2 months!!

I also emailed to Sbr 2 complaints about my dispute.
Bill answered to me that Sportsbetting.com should not be confiscating these winnings and at least they should honor the bets from the first account.
Do we have any update please?

Thank you and sorry for my English is not my nature language.

    Regards
    Peter

They stated that they would refund the deposits to the proper cards man, they should refund all the deposits not those for the first account. Still... opening multiple accounts was not a very smart move

When did they change that rule? Did you have these accounts before then?

why doesn't this book check before taking your deposit?

First i opened the sportsbetting account and placed bets for a month then i open another account with win4real placed some bets then they limited me to 20$ a bet so i stopped playing their(leaving 3850$) so then last September i opened racebook account. From that time until november i bet with my 2 accounts (racebook and Sportsbetting)
winning ,losing ,depositing again. So last November had a lucky strike with these 2 accounts and i went for a withdrawal reqeust.I had 21,000$(at racebook) 16,000$(at Sportsbetting) and the remaining 3850$ at win4real. And total deposits 21,000$ in all 3 accounts 6months time. They are scums, when your winnings is more than your deposits then they disable your accounts!!

I wrote the complaint and Bill is aware of this ,any update please

                Thank you

                  Mrno,
There are three players, including another poster, in the same position. There are some important facts to be investigated that would speak on the players' behalf. After we have the answer to these questoins it will make sense why there is a delay. It should be soon. Feel free to call again with any questions regarding details.

If you look under SBR ratings guide for all Jazette books, these 3 are the only ones that don't allow Canadian players so obviously they are linked together , and you can't join them and bet max bets at each one. It's the same for say sportsbook.com, bet52.com, linesmaker, and playersonly. "Separate " but the same sites. So what's the deal - Are sportsbetting, Win4real, and racebook still Jazette books, yet they are grouped together and do their own thing. ? I recall talking to a competent sportsbook.com customer service person who said they're not afffiliate with sportsbetting. ? Can SBR shed some light here.

Jazzette is the software. Sportsbetting is not connected with Sportsbook.com and the 100 or so different sites they opperate. Different people in charge different betting limites etc. They will tell you if you call sportsbook.com that you CAN bet at multiple sites and bet the limit at each site.

Sportsbetting uses MANY but not all of the lines that sportsbook uses.

Yes, they will let you, as long as your are losing or not a big winner. Bud of mine had his limits hacked down to 50 bucks and they told him on the phone they don't want people doing that. Sportsbetting was even more decisive cutting me down to 5 dollar limits with no past multiple site use... Wish these sites would start managing their books better and not the players.

Hello and thank you for your concern
I do not understand why they don't refund my deposits, as they stated that! We are trying to reopen my accounts again here(at least the first one) or claim my remaining deposits or both!
Could you please explain these questions?

I remember specifically looking for this rule at Win4Real's Terms and Conditions a few months back and there was nothing there.

This rule only shows up when it's convenient to them.

Call them right now and ask if you can have multiple accounts across their skins and they have will have no problem with it.
