Hello to all
I have a dispute with Sportsbetting. In the last 6 months i opened 3 accounts. with Sportsbetting, Racebook and Win4real. They closed my 3 accounts at 1/12/08 and send me an email:
Dear Peter,
Unfortunately your 3 accounts have been found to have been opened to circumvent our bet limit restrictions on each account. As per our rules on the terms and conditions agreed upon by you upon joining.
1.Members are not permitted to open multiple accounts (either within SPORTSBETTING.COM itself or affiliated websites) in order to circumvent the limits imposed by our wagering system. Performing such an action may trigger an audit of the member's accounts. If multiple accounts have been used then all bets may be voided, accounts may be inactivated and winnings may be forfeited.
This also counts for family members in the same household (or physical address) or Non Family Members of the same household (or physical address). No exceptions.
As a result of this evidence all accounts will remain closed permanently and all funds forfeited as per our terms and conditions. We will have the original deposit amounts credited back to the original credit cards.

Sean Elliot

The problem is that they did not return the original deposits of 21,000$ back to my **** card as they promised to do.Until now they charge back only 10,5000$. I have sent all bank statements to Sportsbetting that shows that i made those deposits and i am waiting for the answer but its now 2 months!!
I also emailed to Sbr 2 complaints about my dispute.
Bill answered to me that Sportsbetting.com should not be confiscating these winnings and at least they should honor the bets from the first account.
Do we have any update please?
Thank you and sorry for my English is not my nature language.
Regards
Peter
