He needs to speak up. This is thievery. The book must pay and SBR must downgrade immediately. This kid took a $50 balance and made it $7,000 with sharp betting. The book needs to actually put his story in promo flyers and on the website to show the small player has a chance to beat the odds.

It's not about promptness sir, it's about giving the book every opertunity to prove it's side of the case. I mean It takes a lot of time to handle disputes of this nature believe it or not. Just look how long it took BetJoint to do the right thing last summer when they were clearly in the wrong. However after 3 months they ended up doing the right thing in the end.

Books like Beted are taking a big risk, and should consider themselves lucky to be able to discuss this with an organization as SBR. In the long run SBR may help prevent bloodshed. It's just a matter of time before jokers like Beted steal from somebody who thinks that 10K is a fair price for putting a bullet through someone's head.

I believe that they should also pay sexygamblerchick (for all wagers placed from the US).

I agree to this to a certain extent my man. I've been calm for quite some time during the rampage of this shitstorm that has developed....I've keep my composure and Justin and Bill are fighting it til the end which I'm totally grateful for, but on the flip side the facts have been thrown out there in words in documentation and there forward....they can take the hard pill and swallow it in pure egotistical fashion and feel good about their decision, or make justification of the ordeal, review all aspects of my plays, history,player personnel, and see i'm not fraudulent in any fashion and seek the right/honest, sincere decision to make this situation beneficial for myself since I've earned every penny of it, and their's as one stated as promotional efforts towards small investment making big rewards from my playing standpoint .....seems there really are crooks out there...we all know it....but point being the reality of the big picture is not necessarily now in present time, but future proceedings will be the end to all tale's.....when deposits and action from players begin to slide....which they will eventually...if matters as such continue....money is the root of all evil...right? well in the end as the money coming in begins to slowly dwindle...those players with nice balances will get the shaft as well when BetEd's door closes to the fact they don't have the funds to pay out those winners who are merely sticking around since their accounts are in good standing and are winning on smart betting....those are the sad days to come....but like i stated those days are soon ahead if their reputation continues to grow in the "NONPAYING" category in the sportsbook world....."when you really want something, you'll find a way......if you don't....you'll find an excuse"....does this sound familar as we're speaking on BetEd's behalf....its like walking into a convenient store to buy a lottery ticket....you give you mom $5 for 5 quick picks.....she brings you your ticket....which we all have the amazing dreams to hit big in a lotto right????....well the dream comes true...you go to cash the lotto ticket in...but they won't redeem it and claim its an invalid ticket...after they roll the tapes to see you're not the one who bought the ticket...as if you stole it from your own mom.....the claim it to be nonredeemable and cancel the lotto ticket...after you really just hit for 25 million.....not that I necessarily feel like i wont that much...lol...but damn I felt good about it...and earned it with honest and pure solid plays....

WildWilly, I don't see any justification in your negative comments about Bill Dozer, Justin and SBR.

These guys go to bat for players when it comes to disputes with sportsbooks and charge NOTHING for their service and have been doing so for years.

They are constantly researching sportsbooks and have probably saved players MILLIONS OF DOLLARS.

They should be commended for all they have done for the benefit of players.

I think this downgrade has to be more than c+ if they book decides to keep the funds from the player. If they do not pay in full I would leave it where its at assuming the do a 50/50 split. But if they pay in full I would restore there B-. That's just my point of view. Otherwise I would just go and take them down to C-. They aren't a D book but C- is a pretty strong reaction.
