I've already filed a complaint with SBR, but here's the cliff notes
-created my acct there about a year ago, used it for sports and poker for a few weeks, moved on
-started using the acct again a few weeks ago for NFL teasers etc
-made a deposit last night with money transfer, called in the details, CS rep was a rude jackass and i told him he was
-called the CS supervisor today and told her about CS rep being a rude jackass and how he has no CS skills whatsoever, she tells me she has to go listen to the tapes and i told her she has lost her mind and is a horrible CS manager
-an hour after that my acct has been frozen, my very large teaser wager has been cancelled, and my account is lighter 4 figures. got a message that says to call customer service
-i call customer service and i get some other incredibly rude jackass who tells me that i charged back credit card charges. i have NO IDEA what the hell he is talking about
that's pretty much it so far, im supposed to call back so i can talk to the credit card manager. cancelling wagers and lifting 4 digits from players accts after they make a formal complaint about being treated like shit by CS reps is pretty cool tho
