If you are talking about the last 15 minutes, I agree... otherwise

Manchester is the best team here, let's not be fooled.

I knew before this game who was the better team on paper just like you and a couple other million people did. The difference is I knew Arsenal was going to dominate possession the whole game, don't tell me you didn't sweat the entire 90 while United were sitting back defending that 1 goal lead.

were we watching the same game? Arsenal had maybe 1 shot in the first half, they never looked like they had a shot.

Just admit you we're wrong and stop trying to save face.

Dominating possetion means nothing in football if one team is up, Arsenal had to chase the game. Besides that, United had 51% of the possesion so Arsenal dominated nothing in that game.

You don't need to lecture me about possession in football, I've made plenty of money betting against favorites who dominate possession. Arsenal will win more games this year than United. The "blow out" you and others expected didn't happen, United got their lucky goal as they usually do and did well to defend it. It's not hard to be on United's side at Old Trafford, this is why I had no money on Arsenal, I just predicted it would be a tight game with Arsenal showing more than most of you thought, and I was right.

The only people that need to save face are United fans when in a couple months a group of non-English players win the English Premier League. Even Ferguson knows they area a threat this year admitting respect for their maturity, he needed a win yesterday at Old Trafford or it would have been horrible for their season, don't tell me as a United fan you didn't sweat that game.

Johon, we always sweat a game when the Big 4 are involved and playing each other or maybe Big 6 now (incl. Tottenham and Man city). Believe me, if Arsenal scored, United would have scored another one and won it regardless

                    Are you deluded?

I don't know why you even mentioned dominating possesion, it had no bearing on the game what so ever and is a completely mute point.

Who said their would be a blowout? The fact of the matter is is that United are better than Arsenal, Arsenal disappear in big games. There is a reason why United have won 5 of the last 6 games, why they haven't beat United or Chelsea in the last 11 games and why they haven't scored more than 1 goal at Old Trafford in 20 years.

And as for Arsenal winning the title, If you believe this then you are more optimistic than Arsenals own fans.

Got to agree with this and the last few posts. No one, not even United supporters, would have thought we would have dominated possession in this match. It wasn't expected against a team like Arsenal which is set up to play that style. But sometimes possession doesn't mean as much when you don't really create enough quality chances. I'm sure you already know that. And the chances Arsenal did create were feeble at best. United clearly had the better quality scoring chances and had it not been for Szczesny, it could have been much worse. I can say the majority of United supporters never expected this to be a blowout...we're not the same club as in 2007. I was watching this with a couple of my Arsenal mates and they too admitted United were the better team this match and it was a good, strong professional performance. The goal may have had a bit of luck to it, but most goals take a bit of luck along with skill. Anyhow, sometimes you just got to give credit where credit is due. It could be a very different result at the Emirates, but for at least this one night United were the better team. Fact.

Johon was right, the Gunners dominated the game (54%) but didn't have chance to score. Park's goal wasn't that great but it gave victory to his team.

I'm talking about domination, not possesion. ARsenal dominated the last 15 minutes making a push for the goal.

Manchester had less possesion because they were more objective trying to get the ball to Rooney. They are the best team. They won. Period.
