Yep, something fishy about that ECU/Virginia Tech game. That line moved around a lot, I took ECU +21 and ECU was winning in the first half. I went for a run midway through the 3rd quarter when the game was about tied, and when I got back, Virginia scored 3 TDs and won by 22. Feels like a fix.

Very shitty way to lose that ECU game. Brutal.

MLB tonight:
Blue Jays/Red Sox O 9
Yankees/Orioles U 8
I feel pretty good about these MLB plays. In the Jays/Sox game both teams have been lights out hitting lately, and both starting pitchers have ERA's over 7 against the other respective team. I could see this game go way over 9. In the Yanks/Orioles game - neither team has been hitting well. Last night, both teams scored a combined 7 runs, but that should have been 4 runs, considering the pitch before Alex Rodriguez's homerun was clearly a strike and called wrong. And this was all with lesser starting pitchers last night. Tonight's game features CC Sabathia vs Jeremy Guthrie. With better picthers on the mound and 2 teams that have struggled to score runs of late, I think the Under is a solid play tonight.
Also adding Bowling Green +3.5. Don't tail this.

Yeah, they were up 10-0 in the 1st QTR, then up by 3 at halftime. Close game in the 3rd quarter, so I go for a run thinking it's a lock. Very frustrating.

Am going to tail the Jays/Sox play. Gonna pass on the Yanks as I never feel good when those teams play. Will take your advice on Bowling Green and not tail it as they always cost me money no matter what side I bet.
I am also playing Pirates first 5 innings (-115). I think this a prime example of two pitchers going in opposite directions and the Pirates play pretty well at home while the Diamondbacks are pretty terrible on the road. Worth a look IMO.
Still looking at football.

Spoke too soon, USC scored on the kickoff. No surprises there.

Yeah, you're right. I liked Enright a lot early in the season, but he's admitted he's tired. And MacDonald's been a beast lately. Gonna go one better than your suggestion and take Pirates -.5 first 5 innings @ +125. I think MacDonald keeps a clean sheet and Enright lets in 2 runs in that time. Playing this small though.

LSU's offense sucks in the Red Zone, and Miss St.'s offense just sucks. Probably not going to hit the over in this game.

Saints -5
Saints team total over 24
The Saints struggled a bit offensively in week 1 against a very good Vikings defense that held the Dolphins offense to a mere 114 passing yards and 7 points of offense in yesterday's game. They should find more success against a 49ers team that is all over the place right now. They have faced issues all week about their coaching, particularly the miscommunications between the offensive coordinator and the rest of the offense. Alex Smith looked lost and confused, and coach Mike Singletary's emphasis on playing hard and fighting over organization and control left the team down early and without a plan to come from behind against the Seahawks (who were trounced this week in Denver). Last season the Saints scored more than 24 points in every road game they played until the season finale in which they rested their starters and Mark Brunell still led the team to 23 points.
The Saints are a team that is poised, comfortable with who they are and who excel on the big stage. The 49ers are still trying to figure out who they are, and if the Saints can take control early on they will force Singletary against a wall and take the crowd out of the game. Saints should roll.

Just requested a payout from BetPhoenix. Glad to be done with them. It'll be a few days before I get my money, and then I'll probably deposit into 5Dimes. In the meantime I may make a few plays with points and what little I have in my BetUS account.

Hey bro, just curious why you dislike betphoenix, I have most of my money in 5dimes, but BP offers lines on some games, especially totals that sometimes 5dimes doesn't offer, so I put in a few hundy in BP and got it up to 2500 so I was just curious if maybe I should cash it out if yall were having bad experiences with that book.

I wouldn't say I've had a bad experience with them - they're just not as good as other books from what I've heard. There are two things I didn't like about BetPhoenix. The first is that I only had two options to get my money out: ** or **. Either way to withdraw costs me $23. Now maybe I'm just used to withdrawing money from poker accounts, but this seems like bullshit to me. As far as I'm concerned, if you're willing to gamble your money with a book, they should at the very least take care of processing fees.
The other thing I didn't like about BP was a restriction on my withdrawal. I took a $50 freeplay from them that carried a rollover requirement of 8x and restriction that the most you can take out is $200. At the time of accepting this freeplay, I had about $120 in the account so it doesn't make sense to me to have a $200 limit. It's a bit of a moot point because I had $250 in my account at the time of withdrawal, but I'm only getting $200 and the rest of the balance returns to $0. Kind of shitty service if you ask me.
Other than that, BetPhoenix is nice in that it has favorable soccer lines - and a lot of leagues you wont find in a lot of other books. They also have a live video casino where you can watch dealers draw cards in front of you. That's if you're into that kind of thing. I played 2 hands of blackjack and it was interesting. Really though, what I'm looking forward to is reduced juice. BP has 20-25 cent lines on a lot of American sports (I think 60 cent lines for Tennis, which is ridiculous, imo) where I know 5Dimes has 10-15 cent lines. Also, 5Dimes has more options for live betting than BP.
Anyway, there's certainly no incentive for me to keep my money in BP over $200, and with the SBR Pro incentive, it's time to find a new book and put my $200 there.

Damn that sucks about the cash out, 5dimes will deposit into your bank account and you get a free withdrawal each month. I only use that book for soccer, 5dimes i use for soccer and everything else, because 5dimes usually has better lines for everything. 5dimes can be frustrating with what totals they will and will not post, thats why I put some money in BP, because being in texas, i watch a lot of american (north, central, and south) soccer and 5dimes only posts totals for a few american leagues, and I always like the late night play, haha.
The thing i hate about BP is that they limit you to 250 on a lot of soccer matches, as I wanted to go huge on all the romanian plays this weekend (i put 1500 on each at 5D and wanted to do the same at Bp but they wouldn't let me).

I don't normally play 1500 on games, I just really liked those two overs and the fact that mihaita had them as big plays was all the more reason. I would say a unit for me is around 100, but lately i've been playing a lot more but being very selective with my plays, i used to play a ton of games now I just play like 3 or 4 each day and have been doing well. I'm not sure what the sbr pro is, what does it get you?

The are several perks - the most noticeable that you receive 12 points per day instead of 6. Items available for purchase in the SBR store are also significantly cheaper, and there are other PRO-only contests and poker tourneys. It's certainly a great deal - and since you already have over $200 in an SBR-sponsored book, you just have to fill out the form and you're good to go.
