Anyone who still has an issue with their pending wagers or balance should submit this form, so we can relay to our mgmt contact. You can also write directly to the sportsbook as the statement mentioned but writing SBR may help centralize the posters affected.

Whole group of books Betphoenix/Skybook/BetMania/HRWager may be rated B but they pull so many fast ones on customers I imagine anyone that had played there mostly left. Slowpays, limiting players quickly, high rollovers, and not great lines are some of the reasons I left.

We were told by management that there was a database issue that sidelined the books using BetPhoenix's platform for most of the day but that all should be operational by end of day yesterday.

Anyone still having issues can write in with their account number.

Sounds like they are still in recovery mode. They asked me questions about my balance and said they were still working on it.
