Goverments are actually more corrupt in Canada then in the USA.

That's not the government being corrupt. That's just a lax justice system. Gangsta paradise? LOL, that's why we have the Bloods, Crypts, Latino gangs, Russian mafia, Italian mob running around all over the place right like they do in the US right?

What about the billions and billions of dollars in bailouts that huge banks received from taxpayers in the US? That was essentially a transfer of wealth from the middle class to rich bankers that was orchestrated intentionally. That is the grossest incident of corruption that you can imagine. It was all done under the guise of "we can't let our economy fail" and the people bought it. That is corruption at its finest. A lot of rich people became even richer during the crisis while middle class Americans lost their homes.

Personally I think it's because US has always been the "better" country for decades. US dollars were much higher in value, they were dominant in sports and headlining news left and right.. But as time passes, what goes up must come down.. With other countries catching up and US going down with presidents spending money in stupid places and blah blah, Canadians and people from other country probably don't feel intimidated but the US anymore.. Just my thoughts..

I get your point but Goverments (cities and provinces) are more corrupt in Canada. You haven't followed the news lately.
It's public knowledge that the italian mob control the goverment contruction market here in Montreal and Quebec.
Organised crime cleaning their money in our "less policed financial system". A lot of drugs comming in the country as well in transit before going in the states (Easier to get it in Canada because of the corruption).

Did i mention we are the neighbour of the biggest drug market in the world?
