I need from 8 to 9, I could only sleep 6 hours today and my head hurts like shit. Also it doesnt help that I drank 13 beers yesterday

#98gettingscrilla once i get to a laptop will explain more. But generally teens need 10 -11hrs and once you hit 21ish to 24 you should have a regular sleep cycle and need 7-8 hrs. Poeple i see wake Q2HRS. usually after a dream period. And feel tired all day. There is a simple cure . And sleep meds arent it. They get you to sleep, dont keep you asleep.
