doly, i am not so concerned with volquez. if you look at the stats last year he got better every month coming off of tj. im sure he didnt throw his best stuff in ST but more of just getting the arm ready to make sure he was full health. He will be ready to go today.

i do cap a lot of mlb seahawk, as in i usually have at least one or two plays a day..baseball for me is finding the best value and sometimes it's hard since there's more parity than in the nfl which winds up with some very very chalky teams, usually takes me till mid/late april to get in a groove and feel out a season

mlb is my favorite sport, i'm usually taking in about 25-30 games in parks every year between fenway and toronto and camden yards (majority at fenway)
