Even with both feet remaining on the ground there is a great deal of weight transfer happening from one foot to another. This weight transfer produces a large amount of lateral force, without a good amount of friction between your foot and the surface you are standing on you will certainly slip and likely fall. After you kill a few(assuming you have time to rest between possible ass rapes), you could start to build a stack of bodies of the dead homos to gain better footing and also have the added advantage of having the higher ground.
