Transit crime in NYC is rampant.
The assaults on the subways and platforms are well documented.

There's been a rash of attacks on NYC Transit bus drivers lately.
Twenty percent increase, NYCTA is now installing plexiglass 'cockpits' around where the bus driver sits for safety.

Just saw a couple of videos where one bus driver was dragged out of his seat and gang jumped, another where a pissed off female rider threw a steaming cup of coffee in a drivers face because traffic made her 10 minutes late for work.

You couldn't pay me enough to drive a NYC bus in Brooklyn or East Harlem.

One appeal and that's it and make it fast within one years time. After a year and failed appealed straight to the injection death bed like clock work. Televise the executions live. I think that would be awesome!

You can only buy shampoo and soap from the store - no snacks, soda, or cigarettes. No books, magazines, tv's, movies, church service, classes, phone calls, computer access, tattoos. Visitation is 1 visitor for 1 hour once a month through glass, no physical contact. Mail is 1 incoming letter per week, no pictures allowed. No outgoing mail. Any guards caught bringing in drugs, weapons or any kind of contraband would receive their own prison sentence.

This would eliminate the status symbol of being in prison. Kids would stop hero-worshipping those doing time. In fact, judges could sentence youthful offenders to a week in prison to show them what it's really like. Then they could decide if they want to straighten out or keep on committing crimes and end up there for a long stretch.

They have lost the right to live because of what they did. All the remorse in the world won’t bring that man back and you can’t rehabilitate these animals. They are sick. This is how you get prosecutors, that want to prosecute to make numbers and look good.
Take someone like you or myself defending our family. We kill someone in self defense. They will do their very best to try and get you on at least on man slaughter, then we would be enjoying those prisons the way you want them. Prison or no prison I'm going to do everything in my power, with what ever weapon I can get my hands on to defend my family. If I need to.

That’s the thing in a situation like this, it’s all on video. The death penalty is tough when there is any sliver of doubt. This is not it. The driver told the cops “he’d only get a slap on the wrist” after being arrested. Very little remorse. These guys are too far gone.

One of the real problems of these people being jailed is they have way too many freedoms and rights while incarcerated.

These two kids deserve the death penalty as do many other '' guilty beyond reasonable doubt '' criminals do.

But if you are going to jail them, take away all their rights and let them live insufferably.

I bring back an example of low and that there is almost no crime in Singapore. They cane you over there and have harsh criminal penalties. Result almost no crime at all.

I say run them over also from behind just like they did to the biker, eye for an eye. That would be real justice!
