Incorrect, I wanted to see what the majority of the opinions were here and I plan to talk to my wife about them and see what we should do next if it's really harming our kids. As a matter of fact, my wife has an account here, so I'm going to let her read the posts first before we discuss as I don't want my thoughts to influence my wife's decision.

Initially, we didn't see any problems between me and my wife, but if people bring up valid points that we did not foresee then we would have to reconsider.

My whole family knows what I'm doing. So does my wife's family.

Every one of my siblings are professionals and they all have kids. They are all wealthy and only me and my younger brother gamble.

I actually spent about $2,000 comp dollars in the last 4 weeks because all types of relatives came to visit recently. Two of my wife's sisters' families, my sister's family, and my younger brother, and I had to get them free rooms for all their stays and provide them with free meals like buffets, Hooters, Whitehouse hoagies, pizza, casino Chinese food, etc, all with the comp dollars. So, I actually had about $6,000 in comp dollars.

About 2/3 of the $6,000, so $4,000 I earned by playing in casinos and that sounds like a lot but it's over the period of one year so it's not really that much as earning about $333 comp dollars a month is really nothing as it's only about 40 hours of $25 to $100 average bet play. Divide that 40 by 30 days a month, it's barely 1 hour of play per day, but since my play sessions are longer than an hour I don't play everyday like a degenerate gamblers would. I almost didn't play at all for a whole month while my relatives were visiting. I was busy taking care of their needs, so I was always tired as hell at the end of the day and I just slept at night instead of gambling.

And, you should be aware that as I use the comp dollars, they are getting replenished from new plays so the balance pretty much stays the same unless things like relatives or families visiting all at once happen.

The other 1/3, so about $2,000 mostly came from CET for free. I got them due to some glitch on their rating system where they were giving out choice of either free play or free comp dollars 5 times a week and it's been going on for over a year whether I played or not, so something is really messed up with their system. Eldorado messed up big when they merged Tropicana's comp system to CET's comp system and they came up with these new kiosks. I used to always take the free plays and played the bets, but then the offer was going up and down, so once I started to taking the free comp dollars which is guaranteed free money, they weren't stopping from giving them out for some reason. Very stupid of them if anything. If anyone here plays in AC CET casinos, then they would know exactly what I'm talking about. The CET casinos are the worst for giving out the automatic comps from plays. Around the clock room service and cleaning would be nice. If the Hotel and Casino has a nice gym and activities for kids that would be nice as well. Would have to be a top floor King suite with multiple rooms connected. Big screen TV'S, jacuzzi tubs, views, etc. All paid for and comp'd of course.

Sports book $100,000 grand a month constant comp and all hotel restaurants would have to offer free no in line waiting and paid for eating always. Big outdoor pool needed as well with private space reserved daily with beach chairs. Kids need to learn so in house home hotel teacher provided daily.

I already posted how much you have to play to earn the comps that I have which is really nothing. $4,000 is definitely not a massive amount by any stretch of the imagination as one guy who was using a comp machine in-front of me at Borgata looked like he had $27,000 and I had no idea that they let you keep that much at any given time. He was printing out multiple $500 free bets which I could never even dream of. Maybe, I missed a digit and it was only $2,700, but who knows.

Playing 1 hour a day is really nothing, but that's not what I do. I could play anywhere from an hour to 8 hours depending on how things are going. The long sessions are obviously from being down and trying to break even. If I played 8 hour sessions, then it's only 5 days out of a month for me to earned those comps.

I see a TON of people losing everything; especially at the baccarat tables. I rarely see people win, but some do win huge in tens thousands if they are brave enough to unload when the trends are going like crazy where the last few I saw were 18+, 21+, and 24+ wins in a row. I do play baccarat and it's mostly on $100 tables and whether you believe or not, I have not lost in 2 months. (I may have jinxed myself saying that so I better avoid playing that game for a little while.)

I flat bet, so I don't win much nor do I lose much. Flat betting has been critical for my streak.

Once at Bally's one guy cleared over $100K in short 15 minutes as he was betting the table max of $6K on a very long dragon tail. He lives in that casino as he is there every time I'm there and I'm there only 3 times a week. He is also a Korean and we Koreans know how to casino gamble for sure. Most lose though.

Anyway, I do play other games, but I stopped playing blackjack as there are just too many idiots who don't know how to play which affects the outcome at the tables. My main games now are FaceUp Pai Gow Poker but only with the dice as the position selector as the electronic ones are totally rigged and Pai Gow Tiles and nothing else.

It may be hard to believe, but you cannot lose big playing the games I play if you are disciplined enough not to go crazy with the bet sizing. So, there is a way to not lose even though you are in casinos for so long.

Kids need to be around other kids being physically active and learning how to socialize. Roblox and Minecraft are fun ways to communicate after school but are not a substitute for real life interaction. How do you think they are going to do when they go to college? The good news is that they will likely be part of a generation of socially awkward introverts. GRIND THOSE COMPS!! FOY!!

You could be right, but that's not why I created this poll to begin with. Someone said on another forum that my arrangement is very strange, so I simply told him that since I cannot put a poll thread up for votes on that forum that I would come here to do it just to see how many agrees with that guy and apparently it's 100%. To be honest, I have no guilt whatsoever about our arrangement. I know this is going to sound crazy, but my younger one has a lot of interest in what I do. She is always looking over my should to see what I'm doing on my computer whether I'm working or making posts at different forums. She also sees me goofing around on an online baccarat site where I'm practicing playing that game. She wanted to learn, so I taught her everything I know and now I won't to be worried when I'm gone and she is old enough to gamble in casinos as she won't lose. She also wants to learn other things like card counting for blackjack and she knows all of the rankings for the Pai Gow Tiles and it took her only 2 days to master when it took me a full week and I have an IQ of 150. The bottom line is, everyone will most likely gamble when they become old enough. My girl will be fully ready when she becomes and she decides to gamble. She wants to become a doctor so she will have enough money to do it too. Well, considering how good her memory skill is, she won't have much problem becoming one as we already have two doctors in our family. I don't know if any one of you are doctors, but from what I can tell anyone with a good memory skill can become one as all it is just memorizing shit in medical schools. As smart as I may be, I don't have very good memory skill and therefore I couldn't be a doctor.

Anyway, I'm going to cut and paste into a word doc only the other posters' comments and let my wife read them and see what she says. She is with us 1/2 the time, so she knows what's going on and she would be the best person to decide what's best based on what people said. If she agrees with everyone, then I'm the only one not agreeing so I will have to rethink about this.
