Changing election procedures must be passed by the state legislature, not just elections commissioner. Texas argument was we didnt change our election procedures on a whim...other states must do the same. We voted republican and the states that did change election mail in ballotts all greatly benefited from the huge huge blast of dementia joe votes. We felt that it impacted texas and 17 other red states in the process. This is no difference then a tv viewer calling infractions on a pga tour player as a tv viewer...even though that viewer is not playing in the tournie..but enough times it did change the outcome.
