Well, they will have some all white ones. It's a good idea. Start having officiating crews based on race, gender and sexual orientation. One week: A black guy, a Mexican, an Asian and a lesbian. You never know what you are going to get. Plus some all white ones for the retro uniforms.

It’s not just the NFL, just look at the commercials on tv, at least 50% of the actors/actress are black now, yet they are less than 15% of the USA population.

Whites under 16 year old are slightly less than 50%. If this trend continues whites will be a minority in then next 25-50 years. In 20 years there was a drop from 60% to 50%. This means every elementary, middle school and high school in this country only half the kids are white.

no one understand how hard it is to be under represented in media.

I don't think anyone can understand the white man's plight right now, this is very unique time in human existence, and I don't think anyone's been put through it, like we are right now
