When you make up a group based on its ethnicity you get exactly that. You dont get the most qualified, best, competent or experienced. You get a group of people that look the same.

Nfl owners have allowed goodell to ruin their sport. Their ratings continue to erode away. Their hypocrisy is unmatched in pro sport. If there were no betting lines, or fantasy football leagues? Nfl would be in even worse shape
