Yeah, he might have been breaking the law (I'm not going to look it up), but it will be almost impossible to prove murder 1. He was trying to protect the property of good Americans from people like you. Love the unfounded claim he went there to kill black people when he didn't attempt to harm any black person, and only shot and killed people like you after they tried to harm him.

If he was convicted in 2002, he might have been 17 or 16 when it occurred. I believe some states you can be charged as an adult at 16 for boys for having sex with a girl close to the same age. Hmmm, seems like Idaho is the only state where only males can be charged. I thought more states leaned heavily on men but they don’t make the distinction. The laws vary greatly be state, some you can be tried as an adult at the age of 15, some the age of consent can be as young as 12 up to 18. 16 and 17 seem to be the most popular ages. The punishment is all over the map. Some are simple fines while others are close to life in prison. Some don’t matter if you didn’t know the age while others only if you knew they were a minor.
