I saw a video where a black guy said that Blake was charged with a gun at a bar but that did not seem correct. He mentioned the charge of a deadly weapon and assumed that meant a gun but I’m pretty sure that charge means it was a knife, bottle, stick or something else, not a gun. It would have clearly stated felony gun possession if it was. Too much hearsay in this one and folks love to take sides. I’m not taking up for the perp or the cops. They all fukked up. But now the only one to get paid will be the perp.
Well, here is the newest police shooting video that everyone is going ape-shit over

#317Some insane women calls police and makes up a lie that someone hit her and those are your “facts” and “proof”? I’m white I’ve had women do this shit to me too and have heard similar stories from my white friends. You are basing your global view on a crazy lady. That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard.
Talk to any police officer and crazy women exist in all races. This is female gender privilege. Not race privilege
A week later they said they found several checks that she stole and cashed from me into the thousands. I never really kept up with my bank accounts and didn’t even know. I didn’t press charges because the bitch was obviously crazy and if I totally destroyed her life, she’d have nothing to lose. Years later she sent me a Facebook request. Fukk that, I never even responded.Comment -

Jacob Blake, 24, of Racine, was charged Monday in Racine County Circuit Court with one felony count ofresisting arrest causing a soft tissue injury to a police officer and one misdemeanor count each of carrying a concealed weapon, carrying a firearm while intoxicated, endangering safety-use of a dangerous weapon, and disorderly conduct. If convicted, he will face up to 8-1/2 years in prison and/or up to $50,000 in fines.
According to the criminal complaint, Blake and two women were at the Brass Monkey tavern, 1436 Junction Avenue, Saturday when Blake got into an argument with another patron and pulled a black handgun. Blake pointed the gun at the other man, and the magazine fell to the floor. The bartender told Blake to leave, and he did but then pointed the gun through the window at patrons inside the bar before walking south on Junction Avenue.
The minutes reflect that on 02-20-2018 the prosecutor moved to dismiss the case “due to witness issues and age of the case.”

#325You cannot use a case that was thrown out to determine he has a pattern of gun violence? The police charged him of bodily tissue damage of a police officer but they dropped that too? That leads me to think the police also stopped talking because they probably did something stupid. We don’t know which is why you can’t use it as evidence. If he’s such a lifelong criminal surely someone can find a felony gun conviction? Or how about finding a gun in the car at least?Comment -

#328they did find a gun in the car for the dismissed case. the police tissue damage charge was probably just something they tacked onto the other charges. prosecutors always charge ppl with like 10 crimes for every actual crime you commit so that you will just be intimidated into pleading guilty. prosecutors and judges are the real problem with our justice system.
I was a juror where the OLine tried to pin a gun on a guy without any evidence. They didn’t have his fingerprints, they didn’t do dna because it cost too much and they didn’t even have a gun. They had zero evidence but 2 of the 12 jurors said he had to be guilty because he looked guilty. WTF? He was Hispanic. It took 3 days for them to finally agree with all the others. One was some ghetto lady who wanted to keep the case going because she made like $22 a day. Good luck getting a jury of your peers.Comment -

You know, I can't tell you how many people on Facebook claimed that Jacob Blake was an innocent man who was only trying to help the cops break up a fight between 2 woman.
Where are these stories getting fabricated from?
The officers were dispatched to a home in Kenosha after a woman called police saying "her boyfriend was present and was not supposed to be on the premises," the DCI said.

#335Which is why this Blake guys domestic abuse charges could be questionable. He could be a bitch ass wife beater but he could have a cray cray wife as well. Seeing men get setup by bogus women has made me jilted about domestic abuse cases. I had a crazy ex girlfriend that wouldn’t leave my Beach house on the beach in Marina Del Rey. Finally after 4 days, I called the police to get her out of the house. When the police arrived she said that I hit her and she feared for her life, yet You’re still in my house? California law says they must arrest you if someone on their word only says you hit them. It’s called a terrorist threat. The 2 police men knew it was bullshit but they had no choice but arrest me. So I end up in handcuffs in my own house as they take me to jail in a suit. The officers did me a solid and told some of the inmates that I was some high powered person or something because all the prisoners were bowing to me for some reason. They then transferred me to solitary. So I’m sitting in a cold empty cell without a blanket and all I could think about is how I’m going to kill this girl. But common sense takes over when you’re sitting in a jail cell. I got released a few hours later as the detective asked me if I wanted to charge her for a false report. I just wanted her ass out of my house. They said it was nothing they could do about getting her out of my house. WTF? All I could do is wait for her to leave. Crazy shit.
A week later they said they found several checks that she stole and cashed from me into the thousands. I never really kept up with my bank accounts and didn’t even know. #338How do you know? What does "need to shoot there" even mean? The cops had a gun drawn and the victim completely ignored and even set up a threatening scene in the face of it.
Use of force isn't being argued with this case, and no one will mention the resisting an officer at gunpoint (makes no sense why as that is the most dangerous yet avoidable part of the video), that leaves you with one thing.
Excessive force.
7 shots without a tazer first might seem a bit overboard, I don't know, I wasn't there.Comment -

#340I see no reason to shoot the guy at that point, but if they just watched the Route 33 video right before it happened like I did then I sort of understand. The guy fought off 2 cops, got his gun out of his car, and shot them both. Nearly killing one of them.
I live 30 minutes (world away) from the hood, but I've been thinking about this shit and racial issues ever since I worked in the hood in east Ft Worth during the LA riots. That was 1991 or 92 I think?
What about this? A great guy lives next door. He's a black military veteran and nice guy. The government opens up a program to allow black veterans to skip some of their military service to become police officers. At 20 years they can retire like you retire from the military. At the same time, black people in college can get promoted to well paying jobs in law enforcement. If the police force was 30-40% black in some states and 70% black in some neighborhoods then that might help. The racism element would fade away for the most part. In alot of these cases I don't see proof of racism? George Floyd definitely, but alot of the time its militant and/or drugged up perps that don't follow orders and ignore or attack cops with guns drawn. Wendy's Atlanta.....everything was fine til they tried to cuff him. They were treating him well and talking to him like he was their neighbor. They freaked out and killed him, but he was throwing punches and he grabbed their taser. Lack of training...yes. Racist...I see no proof?Comment -

#341Damn that’s a good story. Mine isn’t that exciting. Best story is through my bro. He took his kid out to eat and his wife was mad she wasn’t a part of it or some crazy female logic so she reported that my brother kidnapped him. There was an amber alert that everyone in the area got and his name was reported on the news. Eventually she called and said everything was fine but hurt my bro’s reputation quite a bit. He owns a local business. No consequences for his wife at all.
Meanwhile my brother got custody of his daughter over his his ex wife because she was bat shit crazy. Usually the man never gets custody but that’s how bad she was. She was sitting at home all day while he worked his ass off. She wouldn’t cook, clean, nothing. She was totally depressed and a pathological liar. The female judge couldn’t believe how sorry this girl was. After the divorce this girl went to his job claiming he was abusing her trying to get him fired. she called the police at night saying he was molesting the daughter when she was just 3 years old. This girl did her best to ruin him but he kept his cool. She’s never paid a dime in child support. Owes him thousands of dollars but she’s never been arrested. Double standard by the system.Comment -

#350I don't want to see this happen, but I'm wondering, as a thought experiment: What happens if a black cop shoots an unarmed black man? It's a race issue, it's a cop issue. Can it be either/or? Does it have to be a white cop? Will the liberals let it slide? Will LeBron lock himself in his mansion like Howard Hughes until death, hiding for fear of his life of all white men and black men? Does the mob turn on each other in the streets in mass confusion on who they should hate? Or will the world just explode and curtains?Comment
