Ok, it has been brought up countless times that you do not run your mouth & do not resist.

However, grabbing the stun gun is not a reason to shoot to kill.

Absolutely no reason they couldn't have popped him in the legs.

If he had attempted to grab a real gun, then yes, give him what he deserves.

If people are going to attack the police then police are going to be extra cautious and possibly react wrongly fearing how people are trying to hurt and kill police.

This is why allowing people to attack police and police stations and equipment has to be stopped.

We are turning into a 3rd world country.

Most likely this officer thought it was the officers gun.

Unfortunate but the guy passed out in the drive thru and then did not comply and tried to steal the officer's stun gun. It could have been avoided if he just took it on the chin and whatever punishment was coming his way.

Is he supposed to wait until the guy tases him before shooting him? Have you ever stopped to think what it’s like to be in that position?
