Could you imagine the outrage if a white policeman reported falsely he was attacked by BLM supporters? The Al Sharptons and Jessie Jacksons would be out in the streets rioting.

Smollett's legal team is now saying (according to TMZ) that he paid the brothers were not paid $3,500 to attack him, but instead to train him for 5 weeks because Jussie wanted abs.

They said in the memo on the check it said 5 weeks training nutrition plan
