for those who didn't click through, he's at 70%... down from high of 76%.....
it shows him at 31% a week ago (if i have it right)......
no matter what you think kavanaugh or the process, i would think it's hard to believe that this last week didn't harm his chances greatly..... or was there some suggestion it was going to be much worse?
not sure how much i trust market odds on things that don't have large $$$$ betting handle. to me, it seems like it might be at a novelty level betting on this stuff...
one thing that blew me away (and maybe it's my lack of knowledge), the odds seemed reasonable that a democrat would vote for kavanaugh... i just can't see that.... but like i said, i may completely misunderstand things.

i saw a story saying FBI will not be investigating Kavanaugh's alleged (most likely true) excessive alcohol use at Yale.
i also looked into republican and democratic senators under alot of pressure for this.... seems like a "no win" situation for all of them..... a bunch of demo senators from big trump win states under pressure too, although i'd think they'd go anti-kavanaugh when it comes to another vote.
i didn't see all the testimony. but i don't understand criticisms of Kavanagh's temper.. i think elizabath warren or hilary clinton would go ballistic in a similar situation. and what about cory booker's behaviour? not sure if he's (net) helped or hurt himself this last week.Comment -
I agree. Will the few Dem Senators flip in the Trump States on Kav? I still think it depends on the FBI report.. They still might not win even if they flip in their States. Those Dem Senators should have been voting with Trump from the start and they'd be in for another term.. Gotta know when to fold the hand....

What? Wow. It’s similar because both parties do what they can for their own party’s interest. Republicans wanted no part of Obama’s selection and didn’t bother to even care to consider him and democrats want no part of kavanugh.
This is what I’m talking about, these parties don’t care about anyone but themselves. They’ll spin whatever they need to do in both sides to get the public to believe them. And then public will forget that these types of power moves are done by both parties and just blame whatever side they are against based on whatever retoric they were spoon fed.
