So for starters the FBI and CIA have made no such statements and even refused to brief congress because they have an inconclusive position.

What you fail to realize is that russia-syria-iran are common friends. We act like hey the russians are cool but when Trump goes after Iran that they are gonna back us. Russia has wanted a warm weather port since the 70's and Iran offers that. So this is when trump gets punked.
