How old are you, poker? regardless, the key is to keep moving. Do as many workouts as you can each and every day. This morning began with an hr run in the woods, then some mowing, weeding, baked a homemade pizza, lifted weights, another 30 minute run -- just keep moving and eat healthy. It's that phucken easy.

buztah, I commend your work ethic and attention to detail. But, you need to start pushing heavier weight because you're lacking depth in your muscles. This may also mean you've got to let a bit of the running go, but it'll be worth it, because I'm guessing in a nice shirt you don't look much different than Bill Gates.
