We have aged cheddar cheese melted on top of fresh onions, drizzled with Worcester sauce, and topped with an onion hamburger bun.

I like to do the Worcestershire sauce in the burger meat when I make my patties. Makes them even more savory. Another trick, mix in one envelope of Lipton’s onion soup mix per pound of meat.

I do that often, what I like to do with the Worcestershire sauce is sprinkle the top and bottom of the patties pre-cooking. I do the Onion soup thing too every now and then too.

I've been seriously cooking now since I've been a teenager, I still forever tweaking my recipes.
