i was just betting a stale line and remember some1 referencing nate silver b4. i didnt particularly understand why line was moving in favor of brazil. laid a lil off and won sum back live betting so i didnt get hurt too bad. instead of rallying around the neymar injury for a gm they just gave up. home field not as strong as it was in yrs past i thnk

agree on both. got lebron goes elsewhere +375.

thinking hard about paying the juice on carmelo to knicks. was up to -900 yesterday. -300 currently. going to try and read up on any recent news. might have to pull trigger at this price.

Thx homie... I hit 5 once and am chasing it for the 2nd time on this one with SF -1... they sharpened the line on me, but I still like SF. I've slow played the sh*t on this 2nd go around, first pick hit on 7/1.

very interesting. i'm not sure what you guys are seeing b/c they dont let you see the lines once you've made your pick. but sounds like edu was correct about them moving the lines, which, is a little surprising to me. i didnt think they would adjust lines in a free contest.

have to check these things early morning.

Yeah, they move the lines a lot, I've seen em adjust a few times, oddly the ways they move them don't seem to make much sense. But I'm trying not to spend too much time thinking about a contest that has relatively small value.

Freeplay cash is worth about $33 though. If you need to build your roll you should take the freeplay, otherwise the prizes are the way to go.

Interestingly, the soccer play I posted was actually a game for today, they cancelled it rather than letting it hang for another day. Wondered if they were going to let me take a second pick or not.

How do you figure that? Not that it really matters. I have no interest in the prizes and it's not worth the trouble to sell them.

I like to look at freeroll money as lottery money that I can use to play longshot hunches that I shouldn't be using real money on. It's fun when it pays off.

That's pretty close to the best price you can get with semi-decent line shopping. If you really held out and waited for large arbs to be available you could get 100% on it, but you may have to wait months or years to use it. The way most people play them, it's less than 50% on the dollar.

i think its because i made today's pick before yesterday's pick concluded (i had west coast mlb yesterday, so it wasnt graded by 12am or whenever i made today's pick).
