I said what i wanted to say, i'm already more a part of this horrific thread than i ever cared to be. The thing I never understand is why people bash bad players.. you want donks like me to get in with you having the best of it.. so why complain when they make a hand? it's part of the game, it happens all of the time.. get over it. No, I didn't distort the facts. You had about 2300 chips, and had 47 diamonds, with no hand, until you shoved and hit a miracle flush on the river.

I registered for the gear tournament Tuesday. There were about 15 players in it. 4-5 hands into it, I had something come up and I had to leave so I logged off. I get an email from Sam last night wanting to know my address to send the gear. Turns out I placed 3rd.

The finishing touch was losing the last 21 or so when my trips 9 got donked on river by guy hitting a straight, thanks to an ace coming (ace to five straight).

Over 5,000 chips in 1 PM, blinds 300/600, small blind. I call millsap. I have K4 clubs. Two clubs on flop. I'm betting big. He calls. I do a repeater bet on turn. He calls again.

He has A9 offsuit, unpaired. Club never came. Pair of 7s, ace kicker beats pair of 7s king kicker, and I don't think he should've even been in the hand.

About to get bubbled, it looks like. 11 players left.

Here is the hand. You bet minimum on flop, bet a dollar more on turn when he had a double gutter. You made your two pair on the river and called his all in raise your 85 for two pair.

Might want to look at that again. He had a double belly buster on the turn. The min bet on the flop isn't enough to scare anyone away. You can't really fault him for calling or floating if you're firing out bets that are almost giving him direct odds to call much less implied odds.
