Team USA West Scheduling

Let's get this started! Post what your availability is for Tuesday through Friday of next week from 12 PM EST to 11 PM EST - which amongst those twelve starting times you can do (tourneys will usually be done in an under an hour). After everyone chimes in, will try to draw up a schedule which fits everyone so that we can hopefully have a player in every time slot.

We might not have been the strongest team in qualifying so let's pick up the slack here, bring the Cup out to the West - confirming West to be the best!

Can you be a bit more specific about "late". Ok you want the very last spot, sure, but can you tell me exactly what you can/can't do? Several people have stated they want the late spots due to work also, so need to know exactly what is possible for each person. If you can make say any of the 8 - 11 spots but prefer the 11, well being specific like that would be helpful!

Sorry about that. I can do the 6:00-7:00-8:00 pacific time slots. The 6:00 would be played from work.

Ok noted. This could be unfortunate, the three of us who have spoken (the two of you plus myself!) may all want those spots - I work until 5 PM PST myself so I wanted 6, 7, or 8 as well! If others are in same predicament, could be tricky. Hopefully we find a way to make it work!

Well always going to be bad for some folks funnyb - nothing will please everyone, and they've been doing this format for years so hard to change now. Granted of course this is first time US was broken down geographically so the dynamics have changed. In past years US teams had a mix of people from all over country so they generally made it work. Might be harder now, but we just gotta do our best!

Noted fried cheese - glad there is one person so far who is ok with taking earlier type slots!

But seems like it could be tough - there are several folks who due to work can't play anything but late ones: funnyb25, franklee68, brndg23, TireMan, and myself. So not sure if we're going to be able to pull this off - will see once it's totally clear.

fairly sure we will be able to make it happen...maybe you all can take off early from work one day or something like that? Frank did say he can possibly play while at work. That would really be unfortunate if we can't fill all the time slots and you guys letting down the team.

Yeah, this will unfortunately probably be an issue as too many of us can only play the late time slots so we may have to forfeit a couple of them unless some folks can make special arrangements. Quite unfortunate, but not seeing a way around this given people's availability...

Hope so. If I could, I would. Year end is the busiest time for us and our work has very intense IP configurations so all gambling/porn/shopping sites are all blocked or else I would play from work.

Ok, well we clearly have trouble here, as many people are saying they can only play 9/10/11 on various days due to work. Frank has stated he can play earlier though it's not desirable. Is anyone else able to bend at all. If not, there is no way to make the schedule taking all of these restrictions into account.
