that happened to me around 15 years ago on my first expedition to Europe while staying in a hostel in Amsterdam..I had at least 100 bites all over my body that lasted for like a month.
I don't think that will be the case though, the reviews are pretty good and they renovated everything a few years ago. The location is also nice as we are a quick drive to The Rio and can cruise around on foot downtown at night hopping from casino to casino. The one thing I don't like about the location is that there is a Greyhound(I think?) bus stop right next door where a bunch of unsavory characters are always hanging around outside of.Comment -
Locking in within a few days. Looks like I'll be staying at the Golden Nugget. Waiting for host to confirm and also waiting for my friend to get approved for the time off work. Had to stay at GN cause that's the only place I can get comped based on my play in AC.
Flying in on Saturday and departing on Wednesday red eye.
Looking at going to Def Leppard/poison/tesla concert Saturday night at MGM. Also looking to drive out to LA either Monday or a Tuesday to see some sights and catch a Mets game. Always wanted to visit LA....Comment -

You never heard of Tesla? They have a few really good songs and I'm sure you've heard them but just don't realize who the band is. I actually just saw them and poison last week here in Albany. They both sounded just as good as they did in the late 80's.

The guy that owns the Plaza steakhouse is a famous old school Las Vegas lawyer to the mob owners too. Cheap drinks/food on Tuesday nights with a business card from the legal profession and if enough interested he hosts dinner for groups and tells stories about the old days and legal cases. Right up your alley!

I probably would be interested in one of those Reigle but just want to decide what I feel like doing once there personally.
If I have a win I would not mind going out to Speed Vegas on Friday and spending 800-1000 on racing exotic cars around their track there on the highway into town from LA.
I didn't get a chance to swing past LVMS last time either so if time allows want to do that.
Might also be in for the go-karting you mentioned before.

I did the mob museum one of my last trips, it was good distraction for a small amount of time and a small amount of $$.
If I win big time $$, I would love to do the exotic cars! I have been at the speedway and went around the track in a souped up volvo (ya I know....) this was driven by racing driver because this was a party hosted there, everyone was well lubricated!

The Def Leppard concert is the 17th. Definitely worth seeing if you are a fan. You can see setlists of all bands for this tour at Setlist.fm.
Was one of the reasons I was thinking of going early (originally).
My current status is unfortunately up in the air. Due to work obligations I'm probably on the outside looking in.

About 10.30am and I have booked a rental car. I'll probably try to get an early checkin and sneak 3 or 4 hours in a bed after the 17 hour flight. Maybe plan an afternoon meet at a sportsbook. Want to just see how I feel on arrival really.
No idea about weed stores in LV. Think that might be Cali and not NV? There are a couple of smokers planning to be there though so someone will know I guess..Comment -
