Despite Tripe being mathematically eliminated, I'm still honoring a 2% discount on poker debts paid in full until 11pm eastern today (12/30).

In hindsight the 10% offer was the way to go, but you might as well accept the 2% discount at this point.

It looks like this competition goes until Jan 2nd so 3 more tournaments left(new years day does not count towards total) and you are ahead by more than 1800 points so it is officially over. Since it is over, I'll pay today and take my discount. Congratulations on your win.

Rather not make a payment thread, payment in this thread is fine. The Championship goes until 1/2, but all my bets associated with Tripe ends 12/31. The only bet I have going until 1/2 is with POS. But in either case you're correct, it's officially over. 2% is on the table today, 1% will be offered tomorrow. Good competition, Tripe had the lead late & played very well. In hindsight, I believe the -125 odds offered you were fair. Thanks for payment.

Jake - 3,000 - 2% = 2,940 balance
Gummo - 1,000 - 2% = 980 balance
BeerDog - 1,000 - 2% = 980 balance
Tripe - 28,890 - 2% = 28,312 balance

Apparently Tripe lost motivation to update his contest thread, when he lost his 2014 lead to me. I'm up for his format, but screenshots will be necessary to prove all rolls are completed prior to start. Or I'm up for annual leaderboard contest again: 2,500 pt entry fee, hopefully at least 15 participants, so top 3 can be paid. Post up is necessary, since there's folks like Donkey & POS who can't be trusted unfortunately. Post up doesn't have to be with me, it can be to a forum member like BeerDog who everyone trusts. If there's enough interest, we can try to set something up soon.

1% discount offer still on the table for Tripe, until the end of 2014.

28,890 - 1% = 28,601 balance

Tripe has passed on a plethora of discount opportunities, that would have reduced his balance by approximately 3k, easily paying for any interest on upcoming loan. Makes no sense to deny my Christmas gift.

Thanks....2014 challenge was open to everyone with 2,500 entry fee. Turned out to be only Tripe & I, so we decided to raise the stakes. Won a total of 34k on various bets. Only waiting on Tripe's 28,890 payment, everyone else demonstrated intelligence by paying early to get discount.
