Checked DRF bets and they do not have Texas on the restricted list. Maybe an oversight by keeneland Select or they might have different regulations for each site. Also add Mississippi to the restricted list.

i was about to reply: "For the Gambler On the Go!!" but then i thought about it and i actually drive down the road listening/watching the races on my iphone via xpressbet not to mention wager. its phucking awesome really

I am unable to on any sites but Bet America and Twin Spires.
