There are no negatives about it.

SBR gets a cut of your 200, and you don't lose anything.

It doesn't hurt you that SBR gets a little % of that 200. Might as well let them get theirs, because we all enjoy being here.

EDIT: just saw Dr with borders...Then it's up to you. I don't donate money to charities. I just give them my old jiz rags.

That's what nobody understands...When non-pros try to say it's not worth it, but in reality, you get that 200 back + more.

brettels, it is literally a free $400 in 5dimes cash per year if you simply save your 12 points per day. There is no downside to becoming a pro and this is why non-pros are ridiculed.

I'm not worried about the free bet cards or getting back the $200........what i would be worried about is getting something from the store delivered to australia. other than that just want to know what the plus side is to it!

I believe for people in Australia, that Shari91 personally delivers everything you purchase.

brettels, I am Australian. So far I have had a scanner, shirt, 2 hoodies and a beer glass delivered. No problems whatsoever.

12 x 365 = 4,380 points. That's excluding all the special giveaways, contests, Christmas points. One way of looking at is, you'd be able to order a free pizza on SBR about twice a month.

No problem, the SBR Store is international. I think the only thing Sam couldn't ship recently was the Godiva chocolates to Lithuania, but iPads and just about everything else routinely go overseas.

I haven't done it solely based on the fact that I had problems with Bodog/ every poker book on earth/ and Sportsbook getting withdrawals. Multiple bounced checks etc....it was a fckn bonanza; whole reason I became a price per head myself. Had to find something legitimate so I became something legitimate. Never meet a quick one week withdrawal
Book ever; they don't exist in my opinion. Online books not to be trusted unless someone can legitimize this I will remain no pro

All SBR does is verify through the sportsbook that you are eligible for Pro status. They give yes/no answers.

If you are worried about "personal information being disseminated", I would hope you don't use Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, Gmail, Yahoo etc.

The $200 deposited isn't a donation.....less of course you go Pro through Drs Without Borders. You still get to play with your deposit and presumably have a chance at winning, taking a payout etc. I'm sure a majority of SBR posters went Pro without losing a nickle.
