UFC fights getting kind of boring?

UFC promotes this type of fighting because they have so much love for the takedown. Guy takes someone down and does nothing but lay there. Ref doesn't stand them up(7-8 years ago, much quicker ref stand-ups). Guy wins the round and the fight this way. Crowd is booing uncontrollably, buy guy doesn't care. He won.

John is the best ref and he don't work the UFC stuff anymore...

dunno what happened between him and Dana but damn...

I think Dana doesn't like that big John worked for the competition. Doesn't matter the ref. Someone told the refs to let them stay down longer. In the old days, it would get stood up in 10 seconds.

it should be like college wrestling you need to be working to better your position in the fight at all times first a warning then start penalizing for stalling.

The point was i said Munoz and Dollaway shouldn't have been on the main card last set of fights because they are two boring wrestlers. U tried to compare Franky and Maynard as two boring wrestlers which is ridiculous cause everyone knows they also both stand and bang. Like i also said the Palhares fight should have been on the main card and it was filled with one guy trying for subs and the other fighting them off. Luckily Munoz got in a lucky punch and CB folded like a used tent or this would have been a grappling match. Joe Silva stinks as a matchmaker but somehow he is known as the greatest match maker in the history of sports. Heck the Edgar Maynard fight is forced cause it is number one against number two. He couldn't have screwed that one up.
