So because I made the same typo as some other clown that means that I am that person? I guess I made all 130,000 "fradulent" typos on the Internet that come up on google too?

The "other clown" is a well-known multi-accounter with a history of transferring his points to Nicky Santoro.

I don't know about Google but SBR has only 19 instances of "fradulent" having been used. 3 of those were by Beemore which makes it look like a spelling error as opposed to a typo. This error was repeated by you on your first attempt at spelling fraudulent.

that evidence woudl be thrown away in court in a flash. IF 3 of the 19 times it was used by that person, that means that 16/19 times it wasn't him.. or basically 84.2% chance it would not be him. i doubt the judge would go by that. it's in his favor.

not saying peanut is not him, but there's no proof whatsoever it's him. no one can prove it. who knows, maybe it is him, but still no proof. he said he wants to be a pro and sign up and now they are ignoring him. according to Lou, that's all he had to do to have pts transferred.. where is he now? why isn't he answering??

Guys I have offered to do anything but the administration is ignoring me. This is so unfair, I can't believe people are taking their side. They won't talk to me or Santoro. They are trying to sweep it under the rug.

No but it's a strong piece of circumstantial evidence. Only Herman/onthewhat would give Nicky 5K points out of the blue without Nicky knowing. Nicky, I do believe it's entirely possible you didn't know about the transfer until afterwards.

thanks biffer and you are right. i swear to god i wasn't even doing NSS.com for myself. i was doing it so we can have fun at sbr. you think i really need to book 10 pts a game?? basically i have 87 cents on each prop.. gimme a break. i was doing this for sbr to make it more active. no joke.

and i even said that i'd distribute those 5k pts for nss.com, giving peanut 15%.. giving pts to all people that believed in me from teh start, giving king a free 100 pt freeplay, trivia and contests and donations.. and i told them i would NEVER withdraw it for 1 yr. now do people still think it's all about money. it's now principle.

It is quite simple.
Nicky is 100pct innocent of any wrongdoing.
but
Peanut is a ghost and obtained the points fradulently[sic].

Any other verdict would be a travestly and subject to appeals which would last for years.

The evidence just isn’t sufficient to convict Nicky. But, clearly something went down behind the scenes. Did Nicky know what this clown “Peanut” was up to? I don’t think so, but at this point…………we just don’t know enough to clearly make an educated decision.

Verdict: Not Guilty
Compensation to Nicky: 1 SBR point (due to the circumstances, shadiness and Peanut ABSOLUTELY UNWILLING to answer any key questions about “why Nicky” and “why just give away 5K SBR points”)

The above clears Nicky's name, but he fails to profit from this stinky mess.
