Regardless of the outcome, Nicky name has been tarnished. People will not remember him as the great beating the closing # guy anymore, they will remember him from the 5k peanut points scandal.

They don't call him Claude The Fraud for nothing. This story has more holes than Swiss cheese. Unless Peanut answers the fundamental question why he transferred his hard earned points he won at the book to a total stranger and then disappeared. And this story broke loose 10 minutes after the questionable transaction occurred so if it's made up for numbers it's being improvised by the Three Stooges, JJ, Nicky, Peanut.

i agree this story sounds unbelievable. i too would not believe it if some guy woke up and found 5k points in his acct. it's like some dumb dream.. but boys, you MUST beleive me. i swear, i swear i swear.. on a stack of bibles..and may GOD strike me dead right this second if i am lying.... 2) If the poster "Peanut" is indeed a ghost, then those points should never have existed.

1. Being accused does not equal guilty. Just ask Obamaismyuncle. Proven innocent.
2. You are assuming again. It has not been proven that Peanut is a ghost. As a matter of fact, if you look under Peanut's name, you will see the 5003 points in contention sitting there which means SBR has not confiscated them.
3. Past allegations have no merit in this matter. And please note, the book apologized to Mr. Santoro in the end.

1) I did not state otherwise.
2) I am not assuming, that is why I used the word "if".

Would you agree with the basic principle that IF those points were obtained illicitly by Peanut that SBR is within its rights to confiscate them? As I understand it, they are currently frozen.

3) Past related actions point to character and should be taken into account.
4) I don't honestly care about this case, I am just bored so you are no doubt correct.
