I do think its totally distasteful. I just think the setting of "poker chat" is going to be a difficult arena to monitor inappropriate comments.

The bully comment was intended to relate that, unlike in real life, this is some guy sounding off via the internet. Ignore him.

It's actually a bit sad he keeps doing this because you can tell he's quite intelligent and witty behind it all. But going after people relentlessly and hunting them down in threads over and over gets to be a bit much. Not everyone has a thick skin and even though most of us know 'that's just Bateman', its not really fair to those who take it to heart. Go after someone a few times and make your point. There's no need to continue it for ages and potentially have them leave the site for good because they can't post without being harassed. Not really conducive to a friendly environment and definitely doesn't help SBRs bottom line when people are chased away.

The chat stuff, well that's just a bit wrong all around. If Taylor's not allowed to get away with it any longer, neither should anyone else.

He has been calling me a monkey and a hairy bigfoot for the last 3 years non-stop. I told SBR John last summer to deal with his trash and he said he was a good guy. I wonder how many more posters he needs to drive away before John realizes he costs him money.

I was going to sit in at poker the other night but Bateman was playing and ruining it with his chat. He kept telling Bobby to fukk off. I copied part of the chat. Needless to say I wasn't going to play with this going on so I left.

We don't exactly moderate posters by if they make the company money. I think the staff does a good job moderating when needed and this is one of those times its needed, unfortunately. Pat is trying to get banned at this point and I think he found something he succeeded in.

No Bateman will never make anyone money. What I meant is he is causing lost income to you. You see if he drives away a couple posters away with his antics everyday and these posters could have brought more posters in the future then he causes lost sign ups to books through the SBR affiliated links. I think you are a smart guy to understand how business works.
