I am sad and glad that Tony corrected the error/lie in the chat. Sad due to the fact I think this would have added, not detracted, to his body of work. And you had nothing to do with it...riiiight. Face the facts, you acted like an ass before remembering you weren't holding all the cards. Chalk it up as a lesson learned....customer service goes both ways, especially when they have YOU over a barrel. Sometimes lessons cost $130

It was your choice to deposit with them...then start trashing them in a public forum, versus calling them on the phone and working it out in a logical manner. Your approach in getting this taken care of was all wrong, and falsifying parts of the chat hurt your credibility as well. You can only punch so many times before the opponent gets a shot in. Unfortunately in your case, their punch resulted in a KO.

Bingo. Tony actually removed a bet for me once because I mistakenly took an over instead of an under because I wasn't paying attention. One time deal per him doing that, but as HedgeHog said I was polite in explaining my mistake, not even expecting that resolution. This thread, you start off in your conversation demanding to talk to someone .... you'd get the same sort of response in any CS department because as soon as you start off like that ... you're labeled an asshole.

I've never chatted with Tony....But I've spoken with Customer Service there probably about 5-8 times, and they have always taken care of my questions/needs. I've spoken to them on the phone for 15 minutes, when they had trouble with a credit card, and the guy I was talking to was nice. I actually enjoyed talking to him and almost went gay for a moment.


But why does it always seem when people request to talk to Tony, it always seems like the Customer starts off by bitching and having an attitude? I understand people are pissed about money, but take it easy, and I'm sure if you treat him with respect, he'd be treating you that same way.

Good for Tony, I enjoy seeing him in the chat logs of what people post on here. Seems like he gets treated like shit, so he dishes it right back.

I know I wouldn't give a fuckk, if someone decides to not play at my book because the way I speak to them, when they can't take a second to relax and talk with respect. Even when the guy posts this chat and "horror" story about my company, and 5 people decide not to gamble with me, there will always be the 1000 losers that keep paying me money every week.
