wrong. it cost $65-$100 depending on location. Plus about the same amount for serving the complaint.

and the Court must have jurisdiction (as in 5 Dimes is located in Costa Rica I believe).

and small claims are not courts of record, meaning appeals are automatic.

ans most most small claims courts only deal with controversies up to like 5k.

could go on but the point is that this is not a remedy for him.

Jbrison, something doesn't make sense- as you are most likely a cash cow for 5dimes (as in your own words you said that you've been playing their roulette for so long that you know what the rebate should be). What did you say to the woman manager that made her go off on you and hang up on you?

Kkoz, wouldn't trying to sue any of these sportsbooks that are located in Costa Rica almost be the same as trying to sue your local drug dealer, where the courts would just throw it out? I also wonder if a US citizen living in Costa Rica could sue a sportsbook down there in Costa Rica courts?

The player is being credited with everything due, and being paid in full. I doubt SBR's involvement had anything to do with this outcome.
