                    day four done, down 6lbs so far. That was actually tonite when I was done eating dinner. I havent cheated one time. My finacee is all over me about this to look good for the wedding.

                                    I started weight watchers with my wife. It's much easier than low carb in that it's a point system. There are a few good and free apps available to help. I'm down 2.5 pounds this week, and my goal is to lose 8 pounds.

                                      Low carb - high fat is the easiest way for some of us to lose weight. Depends of your genetic makeup and insulin tolerance.

                                      No need to count calories. You will feel satieted very long after a meal as long as you eat at least 60% of your daily calories from fat and plenty of protein. Don't forget plenty of veggies and maybe some berries for high vitamin and antioxidant content.

                                      Eating lots of oils and fat scares lots of people, but it's essential in a low carb done the right way.

                                          Ive been told no more than 5 grams every 3 hours. You have to subtract the dietary fibers from the carbs to get calculate how much you are consuming. Im telling you, I have never in my life done this till this week and last nite after dinner I was already down 6lbs since Monday. Im not an overly obese person either. Ive got about 20-30 lbs I could get rid of but its not like Im in 300lb range

                                                  The rule of thumb for the 1st 2 weeks is <20 grams/day and if you stick to that rule for a month and exercise even a little you will lose 20 lbs easy (if you have it to lose obviously)
