I watched the movie BOOKIES on tv last night

As far as the movie bookies go, i burst out laughing when I saw this thread. I just recently saw it on tv and watched it. Bad but you keep watching if u bet, which we all do.

The one kid who ***** everything up who used to be on roseanne back in the day made me want to puke. He buys corvette and loses his mind. I would have knocked him square the **** out and told him hes out.

they have yet to make a good SPORTS betting movie. Casino was the best that had sports betting in it. but was not the main topic. Two for the Money pretty much sucked ass. Rounders and some of the others are poker movies, not SPORTS betting. To make a good one, it will have to have a great story line and sports betting be a big part of it, but not the main focus. It is hard to duplicate the sports betting "magic" on the silver screen.

Where did I say equal? Gambling in Casino is as relevent to the main plot as gambling, Russian Roulette, is in Deerhunter. It's not.

The movie is about 3 hours long there must have been many scenes about Ace the Gambler, but I only remember a few short scenes where it was barely mentioned. I mostly remember where the reference in the movie is about Ace the Manager.
