it's a great app for golf, more than i thought it was going to be. It gives you lay up yardages, yardages to carry a bunker or water hazard. You can even go to their website and customize the golf course for yardages you want.

So far I love it...still learning everyday the amount of uses this has. Love the Handcent app...can just speak into the phone for texts instead of typing--very useful on the road.

Ive been looking at these. Thinking of making the jump. I have the samsung alias and have rebought it 3 times. I ******* love my phone and it opens both ways with a keyboard so I can literally text a novel in ten seconds.

Cougar is the texting touchscreen? And how is the battery life. To me battery life is really important.

i heard the battery life stinks. thats why i was hesitant to get it.

see thats my beef with the smart phones. If one more of my friends asks me if they can charge their iphone Im gonna throw it out the window. I have to be able to get through the WHOLE day without running out of juice. I charge my phone while I sleep always, and when I get home I have 1 or 2 bars left on the battery and plug it in.

my blackberry is great. lasts whole day no problem. but im not an email person. i like to go online and text. thats why droid is better for me but not if battery suxx

Battery is about the only downside...I have been online a lot though plus have a live animation background running the whole time. I've been charging nightly. I think there are ways around this...apps to save battery life etc.

I have been using the DSI mobile app for betting. It is very easy to use and looks great. I have also used betOnline's but not as slick but works. I am looking forward to some of the other books launching their mobile apps.
