Azureus Vuze with isohunt. Frostwire is terrible but a last resort if you are computer retarded. I use Frostwire if I just want a single song every once in a blue moon.

This is what I do... download a free youtube to mp3 converter

then just rip the songs right off youtube.

the best quality by far is to download rars and zips off of places like rapidshare megaupload.....rapidlibrary.com you can search all fo those type sites just put the cd name in

Be prepared for some serious viruses if you use any of these methods. Worse than porn surfing.

Use uTorrent and google for the album name plus the word "torrent" after it. Then scan the download with AVG.

Forstwire is pretty terrible. Like, I said, I use it for single song maybe once a month. If you are going to use Frostwire, be prepared to not be able to find half of the songs you want, and to be scanning your computer every day.
