Also, baking sheet in the oven works well to keep the crust crunchy.
Microwave makes it too soft - you can eat it out of a cup, like in The Jerk.Comment -

#22Put on aluminum foil,place in cold oven,turn oven to 375.As soon as it is heated to 375,it is done.Keeps crust chewy.No clean up. Just throw away the foil.
For crispy crust,toaster oven is fine.Comment -
