Charlie Weis is a big fan of ruth chris, he had a private room for him at the one in my town , before he left that is.

All of these places have excellent food. The one you like is usually the one which cooks the steak to your preference. For example, I like how Ruths cooks in the butter. Therefore, it is one of my favorites ... and fortunately, on the ground level of my building.
